Important information

Please read through before booking! 

A Non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your booking. Bank details will be sent out upon confirmation of an agreed date of the appointment. The deposit is required to be paid within 24hours otherwise the consultation will be cancelled. The deposit will go towards your treatment and/or consultation, and the remaining balance should be paid by Bank transfer.

Please arrive at your appointment on time. Anyone later than 20 minutes will have their appointment cancelled, and any rebooking's due to this will require a new deposit. If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, I require 48 Hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment date. With notice, I can move your appointment to a more suitable date/time and your deposit will also be transferred, although if it is not within our notice period, your deposit will be lost. 

In order for me to treat you, by law you must be 18+. If needed, proof of ID will be asked for during the appointment. This may be in the form of either a driver's license or a passport. If you cannot provide ID when requested you will be turned away and your deposit will be lost.

Please arrive at your appointment alone, no plus ones unless we approve beforehand. Please arrive at your appointment make-up free and when online with good lighting. Photographs and/or Videos will be taken both before and after your treatment. These will be used for Insurance purposes and for promotion with your permission.

Please note that an online consultation is required before in-clinic treatment to determine if it is the best option for you. The cost of the online consultation can be applied toward your treatment. During the consultation, we will discuss the treatment plan and schedule your in clinic appointment. A 50% deposit will be required to secure your in-clinic appointment for the chosen treatments (e.g., peels). Alternative treatments may be suggested, and pretreatment care may be necessary.
